Trenton Thunder (Arm & Hammer Field) BC Discoveries Dance & Theater Arts Co   4th Annual Holidazzle Showcase If your child is enrolled in:  Twinkle Stars, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Turning Out Performing Co, Acting/Voice or Acting Improv, they are part of Holidazzle.  (Ballet & Ballet/Tap combos are NOT performing during Holidazzle due to Nutcracker Season)  __________________________________________________________ We highly suggest students to try to attend both performances as many dance have partners and spacing. He heard so many of our kids are on the nice list that he wanted to come take a photo and meet them! Santa said he will be looking his best with his REAL white beard all trimmed up and his suit nicely pressed. Photos with Santa are FREE! Families will take their own photos on their own devices. Santa will be joining us 6:00-8:30 for photos! (Dance bags are ok) -No coolers permitted into the stadium -There are no bathrooms once you are down on the field. All restrooms are on the concourse. Pleas make sure kids use the restroom before we call their dances.  Check In & Performance:  You will line up at the main steps. We will only be using the Right Main Gate.  Please make 2 lines. Students should arrive in their first costume!      4:30-5:00- Turning Out Company Member check in & Any students with 3 or more Costume Changes. (1 Parent per child under the age of 10 is permitted to enter with child…you will only come to the tunnel and will not be allow to go to seats until 4:45 when the doors open)  5:00- BC Discoveries High School Senior’s Families may enter the stadium. 5:15-6:00- Students with 1-2 costumes will stay in line with their families to check in and stay seated until we call their dance.  Trenton Thunder Seating Seating is first come first serve. The kids will be dancing in the middle of the field between 1st and 3rd base facing home plate.  The kids will also be taped and on the Big Screens.  How the Performance is going to work: At the bottom of the page, you will see our show line up. (We will have printed copies at Trenton Thunder) Students will sit with parents during the show until it is their time to perform. We will be calling dances down to the field about 3-4 dances before you perform. When your dance is called, parents will bring performers to the FAMILY FUN AREA (SECTIONS 201). Once your dancers is finished you can pick them up at section 201.  **We highly suggest bringing a blanket to sit on when on the field. You will be in a dirt area.*If you are a single parent with a sibling, please contact us asap!    Ages 2-5 (Twinkle Stars): One parent must bring your child on and off the field and stay on the field. You will also walk your child to their “Star” for their dance. You will watch their performance from the field   Ages 5-18: No Parents on the field unless your child has a quick/fast costume change. (Quick- no dances between songs or Fast- only 1-2 dances between songs)  ________________________________________________________________ Northampton Holidazzle:  Seating/Tickets: This is a free event, No tickets are needed!  Bring your own chair. Seats are first come first serve. This area is an amphitheater with plenty of space for you to set up your chairs to see the kids perform! How the Show is going to Run:  There is no check in center at Northampton. When you arrive to the field find a space for your family  Students will sit with their parents for the performance. We will make an announcement for each class to make their way to the staging area. After your child’s performance, they will come back to sit with you! Please allow plenty of time for parking! ________________________________________________________________ Important Information:  My Child Has A Costume Change:  All Costume Changes will take place in the tunnels. It is a large open space. Ages 10 and under are allowed to have a parent in the tunnel to help fast or quick costume changes. If you have a long time between dances, younger students may get dressed in the restrooms and return to the stands with the parent. Just make sure you have plenty of time! . Etiquette At The Performance Please stay in your seat while a dance is being performed. If you need to get up to use the restroom, pick up your child, buy a snack, etc…please make sure you wait for the dance to be finished before standing. We don’t want to block anyone’s view.  Please also keep conversations down during performances! You don’t know if the family next to you has a child performing!  Flowers (Only at Trenton Thunder)  We will have fresh flowers for sale! Stop by the booth to purchase!    Holiday Dance Wear Booth (Both Trenton Thunder & Northampton) Visit the BC Discoveries Booth to shop our BC Discoveries Boutique for great holiday gift items! Did you pre-order a holiday ornament? Make sure you stop by the dance wear booth for pick up! Photo Backdrop:  (Both Trenton Thunder & Northampton) Don’t forget to walk the Red Carpet and get some pictures. Weather:  Please dress warm and bring blankets! It will be chilly sitting in the outside & in the stands! Make sure your child has a jacket or robe to wear over their costume prior to them dancing. You can layer clothes. ALL Students are all welcome to join us in this year’s Newtown Holiday Parade! Students ages 5-18 will learn the parade dance during their class and students 2-5 will be invited to make a “sled” with their wagon or stroller and walk with us in the parade! 

Costume: Holidazzle or Nutcracker long sleeve shirt which all students will receive free of charge, black leggings or pants, any holiday bow or hat, black sneakers. This is a Free Event! More details coming soon!
